How does this guided tour looks like?

Your guides pick you up in Cangas de Onís or surroundings (Amieva or Ponga). The route to Ponga Natural Park leads through one of the most spectacular landscapes of Asturias, the Beyos Gorge. Here, the famous Sella River has carved out its way through the limestone. Hence, you drive past meters-high rocks covered with moss and ferns.

Along the way, you regularly stop at places where interesting birds can be spotted. Furthermore, you make some short walks to learn more about the people living in the park and their habits. Hence, you will enjoy Asturias` birdlife and at the same time experience their unique natural environment!

You do not have to worry about bringing your own birdwatching gear. You guides provide you with binoculars for adults and children, telescopes and birding guides!
