These Terms and Conditions are under construction and therefore regularly updated (last update: 17 February 2020)

These Terms and Conditions apply to any activities and/or tours you have booked with intoAsturias (hereinafter referred to as “intoAsturias”, “the Company” or “we”), and govern the contractual relationship between you and intoAsturias with respect to any such activity and/or tour (hereinafter, the “Activity” or “Tour(s)”). 

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as by booking any tour with intoAsturias, or by travelling on an intoAsturias tour, you acknowledge that you: 

  1. have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and
  2. accept of and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Your contract is with intoAsturias.

The following booking conditions together with the details of the specific tour you have booked, or you intend to book, form the basis of your contract with intoAsturias.

Bookings for multiple clients

If you have confirmed a booking on any tour with more than one client named and booked on such booking, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all clients named in the booking (including minors and those under a disability) and travelling on or otherwise participating in any tour (hereinafter “you”, the “Client(s)”), and by such travel or participation all passengers indicate their assent to these Terms and Conditions. The client who confirmed the booking is deemed to be the designated contact person for all other clients named in such booking. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and intoAsturias with respect to the subject matter thereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations and understandings of the parties, written or oral.

Booking confirmation

Depending on the type of half and full-day tour, booking is confirmed upon:

  1. receipt of the full tour rate OR
  2. receipt of the reservation costs (15-20% of the total price).

Which of the two options apply is indicated under ‘FAQS’ of each tour.

Responsibility and insurances

Tours guided by intoAsturias’ own guide are covered by intoAsturias’ Civil Responsibility Insurance and Accidents Insurance.

When an external guide leads the tour, (s)he has the full responsibility over the tour and accompanying insurances. In this case, intoAsturias only serves as intermediary. After receiving the reservation costs (15-20% of the total tour costs), intoAsturias hands over the responsibility for the tour to the external guide. 

Cancellation policy

Our activities require a minimum of 2 persons. If only 1 person signed up, we will try to find another suitable date for the activity. If this is not possible, we hold the right to cancel the activity. The client will receive back a full refund within 30 calendar days. 

Activities and tours may be cancelled due to force majeur, bad weather, illness or unavailability of the personnel or premises involved. Should the activity/tour be cancelled due to these causes, it will be postponed to another date agreed upon by both parties (i.e. intoAsturias and the client). In case the activity cannot take place due to reasons ascribed to intoAsturias, the client will be informed by email at least 24 hours in advance and full refund will be processed within 30 calendar days.

Cancellations of planned tours by the client can solely be communicated via e-mail to intoAsturias ( Depending on the reason for cancellation, intoAsturias will try to find another date for the tour in consultation with the client. In case this does not work, or the reason for cancellation by the client is deemed invalid, the following conditions apply:

For half and full-day tours where booking is confirmed upon receipt of the full tour rate:

  • >7 days prior to the planned tour: 70% refund of the full tour rate
  • 7-2 days prior to the planned tour: 30% of the full tour rate
  • Day before (i.e. <24 hours before the start time of tour) or no show: no refund of full tour rate

For half and full-day tours where booking is confirmed upon receipt of the reservation costs*:

  • >7 days prior to the planned tour: 50% refund of the reservation costs
  • 7-2 days prior to the planned tour: 20% of the reservation costs
  • Day before (i.e. <24 hours before the start time of tour) or no show: no refund of reservation costs

*These are the amounts paid to intoAsturias. Based on agreements made between the client and the external guide (e.g. about cash payments on the tour day itself or bank transfers in advance), additional cancellation costs (to be paid to the external guide) may apply.   


Personal medical insurance cover is NOT provided unless specifically stated.

Extra provisions (insurance, extra transfers etc.) not specified in the tour/activity description bear an extra charge.

Tours are subject to change for safety or operational reasons. This can entail a reduction or increase of the original rate.

By taking part in intoAsturias’ tours and activities, the client agrees that intoAsturias can later use photographic material inherent to such tour or activity for exclusively own’s advertising, promotion and visibility material.
